This page briefly explains the existence and future development of mobile versions of STE. Currently, only an Android version has been released.

As of June 22, 2011 the developer that created STE has released a second application, this time on the Android Market, named Wikidot Editor.

Future development
Windows 8 tablets
Java SE, is the Standard Edition of Java that runs on most computers. Windows 8 tablets will most likely support STE natively.
iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad)
In April 2011, leiger posted a tweet that suggested a possible iOS release.1. This later led to the development of an Android application instead. The future possibility of an iOS port is unknown at this point in time.
Java ME mobile phones
In 2010 a user requested a port to Java ME, but there has been little discussion about it since then and it is unlikely that this will ever happen.
